5 Habits to Make You Sad Quickly

Everyone talks about being happy. I mean, why should you pretend to be happy if you are sad inside? Think about it! Pretending to be happy, makes you sadder. From next make sure you express the real you from both within and outside.

Also, let me share with you a list of 10 things to make you much sadder. Here’s how:

  1. Don’t smile

One quote goes like, ‘Fake it until you make it.’ This phrase requests you to fake your smile until you start feeling happier. But the question is until when? We cannot ‘fake smile’ our entire life if you get habituated with this habit. Better, don’t smile at all. It’s okay to be sad and you should be. If you pretend to be jolly and hide your dark emotions, it will kill you from within.

In the utmost of this sadness, you might feel hurt and unhappy. But, sooner or later, you will learn to let of your sadness and embrace the goodness from your surroundings.

 

  1. Sleep Less Than Usual

Sleeping is vital. So, no sleep=more sadness.

If you really wish to be sad, why bother to sleep and forget about your sadness? Spend a day or two without sleeping, and start noticing your sadness and anger arise with time. This could be frustrating but hey, you want to be sad, don’t you?

 

  1. Don’t talk with anyone

Most of the time, if you share your sadness with others, it vanishes away or makes you calmer. But, we are here to embrace the habits to be sad. Which means, you shouldn’t share your sadness or your emotions with anyone. Just stay quite. Talk very less. And, let your sadness kill you from within.

 

  1. Argue with others for no reason

Arguing with others makes no sense. It only tenses your mood and suppresses your anger, making you sadder day by day.

Try arguing with your friends for no reason. Blame them for false accusations. Make them anger. Try to hurt their feeling and they will do the same in return. This way, you will feel drowsy and unhappy. Arguing habit makes you annoyed and sad.

 

  1. Start Overthinking. Take More Stress.

Overthinking forces you to think of consequences that might never happen. It will create stress in your body making you anxious and oppressive. WALLA! You absorb the sadness just by overthinking. Easy right. You can think all day, from all stupid perspectives and as a result, it will make you sad.

 

That’s it. These are easy 5 habits to make you sad. Now, you can relax and be sad as much as you wish. But do you really wish to be sad? Do YOU?

  1. Smile More Often. Find a reason to smile

  5. Do exercise or meditation instead of overthinking.
