Tukucha Gadi

Tukucha Gadi, commonly known as Tukucha Nala, is a historical landmark situated in Kabhrepalanchok District.

This is the main route of hiking from Nagarkot to Dhulikhel, Banepa, and many touristic areas.

Still unexplored, this place is covered with pine trees and greenery all around. It is a good short hiking route and a picnic spot that is less crowded.

 

Distance:

From Sundhara to Tukucha via Araniko Highway and Bhaktapur Nala Road= 24.5Km

 

How to reach the destination:

-Take Kanti Path to Tripura Marg

-Follow Madan Bhandari Road and Araniko Highway to Garud Kundal Road/Jagati-KamalBinayak Rd in Bhaktapur

-Take Bhaktapur Nala Rd to your destination in Tukucha Nala

 

Estimated time: 45-60 minutes

 

Vehicle: Two-wheelers/Four-wheelers/Public Bus

Road Condition: Moderate

Weather: Mild-wind, moderate temperature

Scenario: Worth Watching

-Sports shoes with good grip

Cost: If you are traveling on your own, the only cost that you will need is for personal expenses.

This place holds a historical background and is still undiscovered in wider mass. Very few visitors visit this place.

Recommendation: You can go for a dry picnic or for a short hike. But kindly don’t throw litter here and there.
