5 Greatest Lies We Were Told | Article by Atul Dahal

From “Yeah, I will definitely do it.” to indefinite, we have heard lies pretty much our whole lives. I mean even our moms lie when they say, “You’re handsome”….. *almost cries.

So, for entertainment purposes here are some people in general who lie:

1. Friends:

Never in your life completely trust a friend if s/he asks for money and promises to return it quickly. You can forget that money, my friend. Forget it like it never ever existed.

2. Parents:

Every single one of us has once heard from our parents, ‘Just complete +2 [high school it is not college] then you can do what your heart desires.’ You would be lying to me if you didn’t eventually found out that it was a lie. [See what I did there…. lying… it was supposed to be a joke…. Never mind]

3. In a relationship/ your bae:

I have never been in a relationship, but my so-called expert sources say that when you are in a relationship, your bae tells you that, both of you are meant for each other forever. I mean, do I have to point out the obvious lie?

4. Doctors:

Now have you ever been to a clinic or a hospital and the doctor prescribes you some medicine that should be delivered through injection. They say it won’t hurt. Well, it does hurt, like so bad.

5. Bus Conductor:

Every single one of us whether we have traveled through a public vehicle or just stood beside one have heard the conductor say there is enough space inside to the back. However, I haven’t heard this for a while now. Some dark humor….*coughs.

6. Me to Myself:

Ever since I came to my senses that education is important in life I have always, every day of my life promised myself that I would study tomorrow. And although, a wise person once said, “Tomorrow never comes” I am still waiting for her.

In the end, all I would like to say that, the following work is not based on fiction and lies that you can relate to are meant to be there. I mean… duh.
