Don’t you miss | Islam Abdain | Poem [Offline Thinker]

When shall we meet

Don’t you miss

You should keep varnishing yourself:
and let us sink in the ocean of sorrow.
you should not try to be the victim of our pain,
but it isn’t it true that,
your life has belonged somewhere,
where you have left your days
with lonely falling dusk:
nights with dreaming about flying like a fairy on the sky: twinkling brighter than stars:
dawn with songs of soulful voice of parrots and:
Don’t you miss the endless hours of those nights:
when you have sat, sobbed and sought freedom from anyone:
who stopped two souls to be combined forever.
