You Don’t Sell Products — You’re Selling Feelings

Woman Sell Product Starbucks
Starbucks doesn’t just serve coffee. It offers a comforting ritual — a warm cup in your hand that signals the start of your day.
Airbnb isn’t about beds; it’s about the thrill of new places and the feeling of belonging anywhere.
Spotify isn’t music. It’s heartbreak, hype, healing — on demand.
Coca-Cola is more than soda. It’s a taste of childhood, wrapped in red and fizz.
IKEA? It’s not about furniture. It’s about “I did that” — the pride of building a home yourself.
These brands don’t sell things.
They sell stories, memories, identity.
So if you’re building something — ask not what you’re selling, but what it makes people feel.
Because people forget features, but they never forget how you made them feel.
Sell that.
