English Poem | Adrian Rex

Timi Nepali Poem

Amidst the riffs and blues, I yearn for you
A need that conquers my itch for my vices, you pull me away
Into the confines of your cupid-shaped cage, I am at peace

Throw your hands around me, my love
Cradle me in your depths
And hush me into the sweet suckling cries
Of the night yet undone, its last vestiges slipping away
Into our intertwined bodies, breathing raggedly
I’m lost in your eyes, drifting along its winds of change
Let me carry your weary soul through trifling trite troubles
Into a haven we build for ourselves with playfully pretty
petulance
Born on a morning star, endow my life long lost
And let me call you mine, my lilly-lyred lore
Into the expanses of eternity, till the furthest free-flowing
feelings
And you’d call me yours, till the entire world titter-tattered
traversing to Time
