English Poem | I don’t know | Sumit Tamang

Sadikshya Sharma Acharya

I don’t know
Who is making my country worse and worsen,
Who is backing my voice,
Who is funding my choice.
I just know my country should live longer than me,
My country should be the vision I see.
I want my nation not to provide the pain I feel,
Not the same hustle I deal.
I want to see my nation
Where everyone’s dreams get fulfilled,
Not where innocent voices get killed.
I want to see my nation
Where I feel safe on my nation’s mud,
Not where the streets are filled with blood.
