Shore of Fears [English Poem by Lirisha Tuladhar]

There are no stars
To enlight the beauty of the moon
There are no clouds
To hide all the sadness and gloom
The winds are all silent..
The thunders all resigning to blast
Shh… make not any noise today
The shades of darkness is on cast..
See that knots forming that chain of doubts
Bound to the poles of heaven and hell
Dragging little by little into that place
Where all your deepest fears do dwell
Smell that orchids that have withered its charm
Dying little by little into a corpse
Which you will never want to bury
Feel that invisible fire on your skin
Burning with unshed drops of rain
Listen to that clash of the thunder
Crying silently through your pain
Walk on that thorns
Pricking you right through your heart
Cherish that drips of blood
That sets your peace of mind all apart…
Smile like the sun that didn’t shine
Making the flowers droop with tears
Drown yourself in that pool of anguish
Swimming to shore of fears..
