Before I Die | Poem By Lirisha Tuladhar

Wrap me up in your embrace
For I feel too cold today
The wind seems to whisper to me
Saying it will be my very last day…
Sing me your favorite lullaby,
I will float along the lyrics of love
Drifting to sounds of your voice echoing sweetness
I shall reach that paradise soon above
Catch my withering hands this night
Wish me goodbye with just one last kiss
Kindle me with that love of yours
A memory I’d treasure forever in bliss…
Look into my eyes
Let me drown in the pools
For that one last time
Let me close my eyes then
With the bells of heaven- calling me With that joyful gloomy chime
