Empty | Poem by Muskan Prasai

In a world, with beautiful faces, I chose to see you,
I wished and I tried but I never got bored-
With the feel of warmth in my morning I wish to see you first;
Never I thought would be this much love where I ought to stay so far.

I know I don’t understand,
But who says my heart?
Deep rolling with the feelings
I choose it to stop
It’s okay my heart-
To let go what you want,
Maybe there’s a bright light in your own world
I am sorry I blamed you for loving this much-
I beg you my heart to love yourself first.

Waiting for his call for this long,
I wonder if my hearts get along.
Being loved is the best feeling they said,
But what says my heart?

Empty!!!
