Reflection | Seema Kunwar | English Poem

Seema Kunwar

-English Poem by Seema Kunwar

Look at the rivers for the reflection of the continued process
Go to the losers to know the value of success
‘Don’t jump the gun, as everything takes time
And it’s okay! If you have an average mind…

Look at your mother for the reflection of sacrifices
And, walk along with your father to better understand the world’s highness…

Look at the mosquitoes for the reflection of the daring character
Because just to survive, it challenges itself knowing that chances of surviving is rare
Bargain medicines instead of vegetables to know your intellect
Learn it from aunties if you want to boost your ability of information collection…

Empty your mind for the reflection of innocence
Lay down extra minutes at your bed to feel the mental pain of a patient
Choose a beautiful mind instead of beautiful face
Because it remains similar at any age…

Look at your certainty not certificate for the reflection of your education
Don’t overwork to get overpaid because it’s destroying your vacations
Spent time with your younger siblings if you miss your little version
Because they work like a pain killer for regretful past …

Look at the sky for the reflection of simplicity
Be with nature if you want to define equality
As raindrops leave on every individual; men or women
Find happiness, and, don’t care about what happened next…
