Self Love Habits | Asmita Bhandari

Self Love

Nothing is perfect. Neither you nor me. But despite our imperfections self-love is necessary.

We have the habit of comparing ourselves with others. We judge, envy and we fight to pretend to be the best. In reality, we can never satisfy ourselves. It’s the opposite of what we think. Trying to find happiness while comparing with others, we lose our own happiness. You get hurt more and more.

Instead, learn to enjoy your own flaws if there are any. Understand that you are unique in your own world. Never be envious of seeing other’s happiness.

Only focus on your goal and leave the pain behind. Be the real agitator for your own happiness. Learn from the caterpillar to focus and to have patience and eventually turn into a beautiful butterfly.  Don’t act like a lazy person, stand up and start working for the betterment of your own version.
I know that you are the CEO of your own life. No one can rule over your kingdom. You are the creator of your happiness and you are responsible for your deeds.

So, stop criticizing yourself today and stop comparing yourself to others. Enjoy who you are, love your life, and love yourselves.
