Communication happens all the time. A large amount of time is spent communicating. Hence there is a need to make sure that ideas and information are put in a way that everyone understands.

The word communication comes from Latin, ‘communis’ which means common. Because when we communicate, we are trying to establish commonness with someone.
Further, communication is the transfer of information from one person to another and we all use language to communicate to express ourselves, to get our ideas across and to connect with the person with whom we are speaking.
For example, hospitality is a service industry, so communication becomes very important because you can solve guest issues. You can have many issues which can be solved just by good and proactive communication.
So, I am sure students from engineering, pre-medical or regardless of whatever field you are from, but communication is a very important requirement. In fact, many studies have shown that other individuals’ communication skills and their leadership skills which are co-related can distinguish and can mark the journey of one’s life achievement.
Affirm, good communication does not mean knowing the English language. Many people have a misconception that if I have learnt English I have also learnt good communication, but English is a language and communication is a skill. Moreover, communication is an art that can be learned, that can be developed and it works for those who work at it. If you work at communication, you will get better.
On the other hand, if you want something, you must pay the price. And your efforts have to be put to develop communication without effort. There is a key to success, no guide shortcut through which you can achieve it. It will take time, it will take hard work. Although nobody is born a good communication, you have to work at it. It’s like muscles The more you use the better it gets.
Herman Hesse once said, wisdom cannot be imparted wisdom that a wise man attempts to impart always sounds like foolishness to someone else, knowledge can be communicated but not wisdom, one can find it, live it do wonders through it, but one can not communicate and teach it. Thus communication plays a vital role in human life and society because it does not help to facilitate the process of sharing information and knowledge with others, it helps people develop relationships.
And it is the fuel that keeps the fire of your relationship burning. Without it, your relationship goes cold. Some tips are given below to make perfect communication skills.

(1) Choose your words wisely.

It is very important to choose your words to ensure that you are able to convey what you truly mean, if you choose your word and you know yourself what I am communicating with others.
Likewise, words can inspire as well it can destroy and don’t mix bad words with your bad mood because you will have many opportunities to change a mood, but you will never get the opportunity to replace the words that you have spoken.
A.D William once said, words have special powers, the power to create smiles or frowns, the power to generate laughter or tears, the power to motivate or de-motivate, the power to teach good or evil, the power to express love or hate, the power to heal or harm.
So, choose your word carefully. Hence, choosing your word is one of the good parts of communication skills can save once from bad behavior.

(2) Have the right attitude when it comes to good communication.

It is important to have the right attitude and it is important that you learn how to communicate with a positive mindset. All the same, your success is based entirely on your attitude, your commitment and self discipline.
With a positive attitude causes chain reaction of positive thoughts events and outcomes. It is the catalyst and it sparked extraordinary results. Since the right attitude would always subscribe to positive things and when one thinks positively, it results in inner tranquility improved relations happiness and good health.
Choosing to be positive and having a grateful attitude is going to determine how you are going to live your life.

(3) Listen more.

You really need to hear what the other is saying. When you listen to others, it will interest you and you will be seen as a good communicator.
Most of the successful people I have known are the ones who do more listening than talking because listening is an art that requires attention over talent, spirit over ego.
Besides, to listen well as powerful means of communication and influence as to talk well. Once Isham said, listening is an attitude of the heart, a genuine desire to be with another which attracts and heals. It allows us to take within ourselves and become aware of barriers that inhabit our ability to listen effectively.
Come true, listening is key to all effective communication, without the ability to effectively, messages are easily misunderstood. Effective listening is a skill that underpins all positive human relationships.

(4) Emotion control

Emotion control is about how well we manage and control our emotions. However, emotion control is playing important role duration of communication by which once can turn their negative thoughts into positive. Don’t let your emotions distract you from doing what needs to be done. And control your emotions so your emotions do not control you. Bruce Lee onec said, emotion can be the enemy, if you give into your emotion, you lose yourself, you must be at one with your emotions, because body always follows the mind . Along with, one of the best things you can do for yourself and your relationship is to learn how to take control of your emotion. If your emotional abilities aren’t in hand, if you don’t have self awareness, if you are not able to manage your distressing emotion, if can’t have empathy and have effective relationship, then no matter how smart you are. Control your emotions but don’t it to control you. Consequently, everyone one should communicate with good ways I their lives by which once can develop and can change the life. No matter what job you have in life, your success will be determined 5% by your academic credentials, 15% by your professional experience and 80% by your communication skill. But advantages of every opportunity to practice your communication skill so that when important occasions arise, you will have the gift style the sharpness, the clarity and the emotions to effected other people.
